Open the garden gate, and you enter your own private kingdom where a stunning combination of house and garden awaits you. Follow the stone steps downwards and enter a private oasis, where garden paths lead to a villa nestled into the hillside, surrounded by mature trees and lush gardens. Inside, find richly decorated spaces full of character.
Ground Floor - An impressive entrance hallway opens to the exquisitely decorated lounge with a balcony terrace furnished with comfy rattan furniture and a small dining table, perfect for sunny breakfasts. Extending from the living room is a guest bathroom/WC and an elegant dining room with round table and chairs for more formal dining, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen ensuring that catering at home is a joy, with a large range of utensils and good quality appliances.
First Floor - An ornate staircase leads upwards to the opulent master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, adjoining dressing room and private balcony with sunbeds and sea views. Tucked neatly away at the rear of the villa are 2 further impressively dressed bedrooms, sharing a third bathroom.
Second Floor The staircase continues on to an upper floor which has a cozy reading nook with sofa and door leading to the highest terrace, where panoramic town and ocean views are unbeatable.

Rustic Farmhouse in a peaceful countryside setting, close to the market town of Santa Catarina. The extensive interior, with its rich, traditional décor accommodating 10 guests is complemented by mature gardens, a lake, shady dining spots and a spectacular swimming pool set aside from the house, surrounded by lovely trees - all creating the perfect rural retreat. A short drive to the nearby market town with a selection of restaurants and within 10 minutes, a choice of gorgeous golden beaches.
Open the electric gates and be instantly transported into calm and serenity. Tucked away amongst trees and mature gardens is a hidden gem waiting to receive its guests.
GROUND LEVEL - This traditional farmhouse entrance opens immediately into the traditional kitchen with its old-style cupboards and marble surfaces. This extends to the richly furnished lounge, with a large dining table accompanied by comfy sofas. To the left of the house, 4 bedrooms are appointed with a selection of beds including 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second family room with double and single bed, a third double bedroom and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds which make for a brilliant kids room! These share 2 additional bathrooms. All interior rooms are designed on ground floor level with 3 small shallow steps leading from the lounge to the bedroom hallway.
OUSTIDE SPACE - Aside from the spacious interior, the outside living areas are a real treat. The large farmhouse is nestled amongst mature gardens with Olive trees, Carob trees, Mediterranean shrubs and other interesting succulents. Gardens and lawns hug the farmhouse, with a shady alfresco dining spot where you can enjoy lazy lunches overlooking the gorgeous green grass and the lake with the colorful fish that will delight children. The most spectacular feature of the house is the swimming pool. Perched in an elevated position behind the house, and encircled by green grass, terraces and extended grape vines, the water is clean and blue offering the perfect spot for families to enjoy a calming pool day where sunworshippers can relax around the pool and enjoy sunbeds to soak up the rays, with nothing more than birdsong to disturb the peace, and children can splash in and out of the cool, refreshing water until they are exhausted!. There are no houses in the immediate vicinity, so here is your private kingdom! This is a fabulous house for extended families to enjoy a break together. But if you are looking for shiny, modern and new, then this is not for you. Those seeking a traditional and rustic ambience will revel in this wonderful property and all it represents, which along with the spectacular pool, is a hidden treasure.

Within a 20-minute stroll, you can reach restaurants, quaint shops, and the boat to Tavira Beach Island, renowned for its golden sands and vibrant waters.
Situated gracefully on a sloping terrain, the villa boasts an impressive exterior design, while inside, it offers a simple yet elegant atmosphere with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
GROUND FLOOR – As you enter through the private gated entrance, a wide hallway warmly welcomes you, with rooms branching off on either side. A few small things would make it a little easier for catering for a party of 7 eg a filter coffee machine and a larger toaster but apart from that all other kitchen equipment was plentiful and great.

We are a family six who stayed for one week. We were very impressed with this villa. It has the capacity for at least 10 people comfortably. The location is very private and safe and secure. The property overlooks Tavira. The weather was not good unfsee more

The property overlooks Tavira. The weather was not good unfortunately but it was unusual for Portugal this time of year. However the villa made up this. We only needed assistance once and the staff were efficient and friendly. The parking is safe and secure off street too. We will miss Jacaranda and would definitely recommend it for future visitors.

The air conditioning throughout the villa ensures that those members of our family that prefer rather less sun are accommodated. The villa was everything and more. I could not believe how well-equipped it was. I would highly recommend the villa and Smartvillas.
The villa was everything and more. I could not believe how well-equipped it was. I would highly recommend the villa and Smartvillas.

This villa is paradise! The pool, gardens, bbq and bar area are superb to spend time in. You have a nice view of Tavira and are close to a great supermarket.
The beds are super comfy and all the kitchen is well equipped. We had the best time.

We loved this villa - it was so big with lots of beautiful outdoor space. There was more than enough room for our two families (9 in total). The indoor space was great too and all the areas had air conditioning. There was loads of crockery and glassesee more

Great vacation house for bigger groups. Superb location with an easy connection to the beautiful town of Tavira. Very nice and well kept garden with a swimming pool. All neccessary equipment in place. Last but not least - excellent service from Rachesee more
