GROUND FLOOR – As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by the majestic lounge décor with its impressive stone feature wall. Daytime sun beams through the large patio windows running the entire length of the lounge area and lead to a shaded terrace with comfy rattan sofas and a dining table. Sneak around the corner to find the second dining opportunity, with a traditional brick barbecue and an adjoining food preparation area, all nestled under an attractive awning providing a superb al-fresco dining experience. Tucked neatly at the front of the villa, a fully equipped kitchen lends itself to an outstanding home catering experience, with an array of appliances and gadgets! The adjoining dining room is elegant and boasts a regal black polished table beautifully accessorized for more formal dining occasions. A guest WC/shower room is also conveniently located on the ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR - The 4 bedrooms occupy the entire first floor of the villa, with 1 master king size room boasting a dressing area and ensuite shower room. Accompanying this are 2 generously sized rooms, 1 with king size bed and 1 twin room with 2 single beds, plus a 4th bedroom, ideal for children with a single bed that has and additional pull-out option. Follow the stairs to the upper second floor and enjoy the amazing views – perfect for star gazing at night.

OUTSIDE –From the securely gated entrance, grassy gardens encircle the villa dotted with colourful plants and attractive Mediterranean shrubs. A side pathway leads to the gorgeous swimming pool with sunbeds and roaming views across the Tavira hillside, delighting sun worshippers with its North facing position catching the sun all day complemented by shady, poolside patios for those seeking respite from the heat.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no steps to enter the property, but there are staircases within, and all bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Parking is available directly outside the villa, without a charge.

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Conveniently, a back door leads to the outdoor dining area, all creating the perfect environment where budding chefs can create culinary delights.
Bedroom: Continuing on the ground floor, you'll find a guest bedroom thoughtfully designed for those who prefer to avoid stairs. This room features two comfortable single beds and an adjacent WC for added convenience.

BASEMENT - UTILITY ROOM & PARKING
Adjacent to the underground enclosed garage space lies a fantastic utility room, complete with a washing machine, drying racks, and a tumble dryer to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS
Ascend the stairs to discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite shower facilities. Two of these bedrooms, located at the front of the house, offer king-size beds and private balconies with picturesque views of the town and the sea beyond. The villa has private gated parking underground, accessed by electric gates. Pedestrian access is by a smaller gate and has steps leading to the house.
