GROUND FLOOR
Lounge: From the entrance on your right, an expansive open-plan living space awaits. Sink into plush, comfortable sofas while enjoying entertainment on the impressive 75-inch smart TV. Adjacent to this cozy lounge area, an extended dining table invites you to savor elegant meals. Large patio windows bathe the room in natural sunlight and offer views of the glistening swimming pool.
Kitchen: On the left, you'll discover an amazing kitchen, fully equipped with a superb range of modern appliances. A generous kitchen island provides both a practical food preparation space and a delightful spot for snacks. Conveniently, a back door leads to the outdoor dining area, all creating the perfect environment where budding chefs can create culinary delights.
Bedroom: Continuing on the ground floor, you'll find a guest bedroom thoughtfully designed for those who prefer to avoid stairs. This room features two comfortable single beds and an adjacent WC for added convenience.
BASEMENT - UTILITY ROOM & PARKING
Adjacent to the underground enclosed garage space lies a fantastic utility room, complete with a washing machine, drying racks, and a tumble dryer to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS
Ascend the stairs to discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite shower facilities. Two of these bedrooms, located at the front of the house, offer king-size beds and private balconies with picturesque views of the town and the sea beyond. Start your day by basking in the morning sun on these balconies, which are furnished with charming bistro tables and chairs. At the rear of the house, you'll find a twin bedroom, also with its own ensuite shower room, providing flexibility for your accommodation needs.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Step outside to a super selection of outdoor amenities. The enticing blue pool, measuring 10m x 5.5m, beckons for swimming and leisurely play. Sunbeds are scattered on the surrounding terraces for the sunworshippers, and adjacent, the garden space, lined with lush green bushes and vibrant bougainvillea, creates a secure and delightful space for children. Adults and children alike will enjoy all that this outside space has to offer. The villa's design provides ample shade, making it ideal for al fresco dining. Choose between a small breakfast table where you can dine by the pool or the larger dining table, adjacent to the traditional charcoal BBQ, perfect for balmy summer evening gatherings.

PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. 1 bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor, with 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The villa has private gated parking underground, accessed by electric gates. Pedestrian access is by a smaller gate and has steps leading to the house.

Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
