Adjacent to the lounge is a recently refurbished, well-equipped kitchen boasting a modern ambience and stylish gray station tiles. This culinary haven also grants access to the balcony, complete with a delightful breakfast table for leisurely mornings where you can enjoy the views of the glistening pool. Additionally, for added convenience, a guest WC is conveniently located on this level, ensuring utmost comfort for guests.
FIRST FLOOR
Climb the stairs to the first floor, where three spacious bedrooms await. The master suite features a dressing room and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Two additional double bedrooms, one of which includes an extra single bed, offer comfortable accommodations for families or groups. A separate bathroom with a tub and overhead shower caters to the needs of all guests.
OUTSIDE FACILITIES
Outside, Casa Cava boasts fantastic facilities for your enjoyment. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling 8m x 4m pool, surrounded by a stylish terrace and garden area and offers a secure environment for children to play.. The shaded dining area with a table and chairs is perfect for savoring meals under the warm sun. A grassy zone invites you to relax, while cozy chairs provide an idyllic spot for reading and unwinding. And when the evenings turn balmy, the traditional BBQ area is ready to serve up delicious grilled delights.

This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.

We loved the house. The beds were comfy. AC worked great. Plenty of space to play and cook. Loved the outdoor grill.

The walk into town in 10 to 15 minutes but not very pleasant, on the side of a road and then crossing a major street. We walked in everyday as it was quick but noticed no one else was doing that. 20 to 25 min walk to the island ferry, so you do need to drive in with all your beach gear. Downtown, ferry, market, and the mall is all within a 5 min drive so very convenient! |
