Situated in a peaceful residential zone on the outskirts of Tavira, this recently renovated apartment has an inviting bright and modern décor welcoming its guests for a pleasant stay. The rooms are well appointed including 2 spacious bedrooms and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. A sunny patio embraces the open plan lounge/diner and enjoys the sun all day. A friendly café is within 2 minutes’ walk and the vibrant town of Tavira can be reached in around 25 minutes’ walk, or a 5 minute taxi ride.
Situated on the second floor of a modern building with elevator access, the East facing apartment enjoys lovely sunshine for most of the day. From the entrance hall, the kitchen is on the left, fully equipped and perfect for home catering if you so choose. With a tall standing table, this is the perfect spot to take a quick snack. Otherwise, you can slip out onto the balcony, which runs the entire length of the apartment, and with its views of the treelined street and out over the mountains, this is the ideal place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, or relaxing evening sundowners. The focal point of the apartment is the lounge with its simple, yet thoughtfully considered furnishings. A comfy sofa perfect for TV viewing, or a sturdy armchair to relax and read. An adjoining white veneer dining table complements the room perfectly, providing the place for more formal dining. Tucked neatly away at the back of the apartment are 2 bedrooms, 1 king size and 1 twin, both sharing a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. Close by are a choice of welcoming cafes and 1 restaurant if you don’t want to venture out too far in the evenings.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is 2nd floor, with elevator access. Car parking is on-street, without a charge.

The 2 bedrooms comprise a master double room with a private bathroom and a twin bedroom with an adjoining shared shower room. An internal staircase leads to the hidden secret of this apartment - the spacious sunny terrace with its stunning views and 2 divisions, 1 front facing and 1 rear facing, ideal for dining, sunbathing and relaxing.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The condominium has a beautiful large swimming pool, securely gated for resident use only. Surrounded by deking and lovely grassy spaces, the outdoor space offers a haven for children to play and swim.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on 2 levels and has an internal staircase. Private parking is available on the nearby street, without a charge. The walk into town is around 15 minutes, please note however that access is by stairs from the complex to the riverside which may not be ideal for elderly or walking difficulties.

From the entrance you are welcomed into lounge diner with comfy seating and matching light oak furnishings including a rectangular dining table and chairs. An attractive glass-shelved partition separates the lounge from the kitchen where you will find a large range of utensils and appliances ensuring that home catering is free and easy. Tucked neatly at the back of the kitchen, a door leads to a private internal atrium which has table and chairs, perfect for cool breakfasts or warm evening dining. The 2 bedrooms include a master double room with a private shower room and an adjoining twin bedroom with a shared bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower.
OUTDORR SPACE
Nestled at the front of the apartment is a cool and shady patio, with bistro table and chairs ideal for enjoying a sundowner or two overlooking the lovely, green gardens. The large swimming pool complete with kids paddling pool makes a perfect respite from the sun, where kids can splash around all day, and adults can relax on one of the many sunbeds, all just a few meters from the apartment itself.

Had an amazing week, very nice appartment which is bigger in real life than it looks in the photos. The location is about 25 minutes walking from the main area of the city but the area was very nice and relaxing.

This appartment is very new and well decorated, very comfortable beds, aircon and nice kitchen with all utelsils needed. It is 10min drive from Tavira and has convenient free parking in the front road.

The apartment is great and well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door (needs to be further looked at because the lock has issues) and the shower which should really be replaced (there is no middle term in terms of pressure / heat, you esee more

The only issues we had were with the door (needs to be further looked at because the lock has issues) and the shower which should really be replaced (there is no middle term in terms of pressure / heat, you either have too much pressure or the water goes cold because the heater turns off if you try to have a bit less pressure, but most importantly there is an issue with the shower holder because it doesn't stay fixed, it either points down, or if you have to much pressure it points to the ceiling).
Other than those issues our stay was great. The location is great and the people we've talked to (upon arrival and when we had the door issue) were nice and very helpful. |
