OUTSIDE SPACE
The condominium has a beautiful large swimming pool, securely gated for resident use only. Surrounded by deking and lovely grassy spaces, the outdoor space offers a haven for children to play and swim.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on 2 levels and has an internal staircase. Private parking is available on the nearby street, without a charge. From the entrance you are welcomed into lounge diner with comfy seating and matching light oak furnishings including a rectangular dining table and chairs. An attractive glass-shelved partition separates the lounge from the kitchen where you will find a large range of utensils and appliances ensuring that home catering is free and easy. Tucked neatly at the back of the kitchen, a door leads to a private internal atrium which has table and chairs, perfect for cool breakfasts or warm evening dining. The 2 bedrooms include a master double room with a private shower room and an adjoining twin bedroom with a shared bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower.
