An internal staircase leads to the hidden secret of this apartment - the spacious sunny terrace with its stunning views and 2 divisions, 1 front facing and 1 rear facing, ideal for dining, sunbathing and relaxing.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The condominium has a beautiful large swimming pool, securely gated for resident use only. Surrounded by deking and lovely grassy spaces, the outdoor space offers a haven for children to play and swim.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on 2 levels and has an internal staircase. Private parking is available on the nearby street, without a charge. The walk into town is around 15 minutes, please note however that access is by stairs from the complex to the riverside which may not be ideal for elderly or walking difficulties.
