A 5-minute drive takes you to the traditional daily market town of Vila Nova de Caçela and the beautiful beach of Fabrica with its golden sands and warm waters.

The villa interior is tastefully furnished, and perfectly appointed with bright and spacious rooms, ideal for a family to enjoy a combined pool and beach holiday. Mornings are beautiful in this villa where you can wake up to the lovely aroma of orange blossom, followed by a leisurely poolside breakfast.

GROUND FLOOR – a beautiful lounge with 2 soft sofas and a comfy armchair where the light beams through the large windows running the entire length of the room, and lead to a shaded poolside patio. Facilities also include a marbled shower room /Guest WC and a well-equipped kitchen ensuring that catering at home is a joy, accompanied by a large white dining table for 8 guests. An adjoining annexe thoughtfully offers a spacious ground floor bedroom with twin beds, and a marbled ensuite shower room.

FIRST FLOOR – 3 king size bedrooms occupy the entire first floor, each with their own marbled ensuite bathroom facilities, and with orchard and farmland views. The mysterious door at the end of the hallway leads to a fabulous sun terrace with comfy seating and table flaunting glorious land and sea views, perfect for daytime relaxation, or later, to enjoy a wine or 2 under the stars.

OUTSIDE – Outside living is a joy in this villa! The beautiful decking area has a solid wooden “al fresco” dining table coupled with elegant rattan seating –perfect for lazy lunches followed by repose in the soft chairs enjoying the warm summer breeze. The poolside covered terrace is perfect for outdoor living under the famed Algarvian blue skies, and the traditional charcoal BBQ will no doubt entice foodies in the party to test their fish cooking skills. A non-slip granite terrace embraces the sparkling swimming pool, along with sunbeds for the sun worshippers, and the adjacent grassy space provides a perfect play area for children with the treelined house perimeter offering privacy and security for all.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There is 1 bedroom on ground floor, so guest with walking difficulties are well catered for. Parking is available within the grounds of the property.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
