The villa interior is tastefully furnished, with bright and spacious rooms. The bedrooms occupy the entire first floor of the villa, with 1 king size room and 3 twin bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom/shower suite, with the 4th bedroom having access to a separated shower room. Follow the stairs to the upper second floor and enjoy the amazing views – perfect for star gazing at night. The ground floor open-plan living space includes a 5th shower room /Guest WC and a well-equipped kitchen ensuring that catering at home is a joy, with a large range of utensils and good quality appliances, accompanied by a large dining table for 8 guests. The L shape floor design then blends into the lounge with 2 softly cushioned sofas and an open fire place, ideal for winter lets. Daytime sun beams through the large patio windows running the entire length of the lounge area and lead to a shaded dining table with elegant rattan seating. Sneak around the corner to find the second dining opportunity, with a traditional brick barbecue and an adjoining food preparation area, all nestled under a floral pergola providing a pretty and picturesque al-fresco experience. This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. All bedrooms are on the first floor, with access only by staircase. There are 2 steps to the front door. Securely gated parking is available inside the property grounds.

Delightful Villa with pool nestled in an inspiring hillside setting with orchard views. Spacious rooms offer a bright and breezy welcome with a range of lovely features including bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and a separate games room. The generous outside space exudes relaxation, where you can dine alfresco or gently swim in the refreshing saltwater swimming pool with only birdsong to disturb you. A short drive to Tavira town with shops, restaurants and its fabulous beach island.
The villa interior, whilst fresh and simple, offers all the essential ingredients to ensure a relaxing holiday. From the main entrance, the lounge extends to a lovely open plan dining space and kitchen with granite top preparation island, and a plentiful supply of appliances and utensils. A hallway leads to a pretty master bedroom and the remaining 2 further bedrooms occupy the first floor, all with fitted wardrobes, private ensuite bathrooms and gorgeous hillside views providing the perfect morning awakening. Stairs from the ground floor lounge lead to the basement and here a the hidden room awaits you with a selection of games including table tennis and pool. The outside space at The Little Vineyard is a haven; the views are utterly amazing, embraced by an abundance of trees, wildflowers, and nature at its best. The ambience and fragrances in the air are simply magical and here, you can really unwind. Each morning you will hear nothing more than birdsong! At the front of the house, a wooden deck sits majestically overlooking the scenery. Relax in the comfy sofas and enjoy the last warmth of the day with a sundowner or 2! A dining table is tucked around the corner, seeking respite from the hot summer sun, providing a lovely position for al fresco dining with the traditional brick BBQ. We all had a brilliant holiday in this gorgeous villa. My self, husband, 2 daughters and their husbands spent our days visiting Tavira town which was easy to walk to down a nearby lane. Many afternoons we were relaxing in the pool, swimming or just fsee more
We all had a brilliant holiday in this gorgeous villa. My self, husband, 2 daughters and their husbands spent our days visiting Tavira town which was easy to walk to down a nearby lane. Many afternoons we were relaxing in the pool, swimming or just floating to keep cool in the hot sun. Towels were provided for the pool. We didn’t really cook a lot but could have as there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes etc., and glasses, mugs and cutlery for many. The 2 fridges were invaluable for beer and wine (also for fruit and salad of course). There were comfy sofa’s and games and a tv for the evening and air conditioning to keep us cool. Contact with Smartavillas was really easy, especially as our flight out was cancelled and we needed to change our taxi and holiday start to the next day. One phone call to Rachel and everything was organised for us. Would love to stay at this villa again, thank you for a great holiday.

There was plenty of room for the 7 of us, and the facilities and equipment were excellent. The large larder fridge along with the fridge freezer were great for keeping food (and beers) well chilled. The swimming pool was excellent also. I would definitely recommend this villa (and Smartavillas) who are always available for assistance when required. The villa is away from the town centre, so quiet, but the walk in and out of the town centre was easy enough to enjoy the many bars and restaurants Tavira has to offer.
