The ground floor open-plan living space includes a 5th shower room /Guest WC and a well-equipped kitchen ensuring that catering at home is a joy, with a large range of utensils and good quality appliances, accompanied by a large dining table for 8 guests. The L shape floor design then blends into the lounge with 2 softly cushioned sofas and an open fire place, ideal for winter lets. Daytime sun beams through the large patio windows running the entire length of the lounge area and lead to a shaded dining table with elegant rattan seating. Delightful Villa with pool nestled in an inspiring hillside setting with orchard views. Spacious rooms offer a bright and breezy welcome with a range of lovely features including bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and a separate games room. The generous outside space exudes relaxation, where you can dine alfresco or gently swim in the refreshing saltwater swimming pool with only birdsong to disturb you. A short drive to Tavira town with shops, restaurants and its fabulous beach island.
The villa interior, whilst fresh and simple, offers all the essential ingredients to ensure a relaxing holiday. From the main entrance, the lounge extends to a lovely open plan dining space and kitchen with granite top preparation island, and a plentiful supply of appliances and utensils. A hallway leads to a pretty master bedroom and the remaining 2 further bedrooms occupy the first floor, all with fitted wardrobes, private ensuite bathrooms and gorgeous hillside views providing the perfect morning awakening. Stairs from the ground floor lounge lead to the basement and here a the hidden room awaits you with a selection of games including table tennis and pool. The outside space at The Little Vineyard is a haven; the views are utterly amazing, embraced by an abundance of trees, wildflowers, and nature at its best. The ambience and fragrances in the air are simply magical and here, you can really unwind. Each morning you will hear nothing more than birdsong! At the front of the house, a wooden deck sits majestically overlooking the scenery. Relax in the comfy sofas and enjoy the last warmth of the day with a sundowner or 2! A dining table is tucked around the corner, seeking respite from the hot summer sun, providing a lovely position for al fresco dining with the traditional brick BBQ. Rustic cobbled steps lead to the swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds and filled with refreshing, salt treated water. Traditional calçada paving stones hug the pool, edge together with a shady grassy space, ideal for a poolside picnic!

The unit was clean and comfortable. A bathroom for each bedroom was convenient and private for all guests .

The bathrooms and kitchen were a little outdated in style but all worked well. The hot water was nice and hot and plentiful. The location was pretty good with the exception of having to walk on a busy road (Rt 125) for about 5 minutes before turning into quiet street heading into town. The local Venezuelan bakery was convenient with good coffee, pastries, desserts and bread. If it had been available le we would have stayed there during our next visit |
