Truly, a magnificent sanctuary by the sea settled on top of the hill overlooking the beautiful expanse of orange groves and the Atlantic. Tastefully decorated with high-end furniture, made in Portugal, Bali, India and Morocco. Heated saltwater pool all year round, as well as an expansive backyard with 1000 square meters of indoor and outdoor space.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need to cook. Full-size refrigerator with ice maker, Smeg blender, Smeg toaster, Nespresso maker, Nespresso frother, full size oven and microwave. Air conditioning and heat separate in each bedroom as well as living room.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Outdoor patio includes dining table for eight people, two large couches that face each other for relaxing and looking at the beautiful pool and seaviews. Bar area with outdoor fridge where you can serve food or drinks right next to the dining table. Gigantic salt water heated swimming pool 10 m x 5 m, six chaise lounges with umbrellas for sun protection including an outdoor shower. Weber gas grill as well as a traditional Portuguese charcoal grill included. The house also includes a lookout point up a full flight of stairs with a two person hammock bed, so you can look out to the sea and read a book or just take up very well deserved nap. The back garden access from each bedroom includes an umbrella with sitting area, and ample space to take a stroll through the nature garden, or read a book.

The villa is perched on a hill and there are seven steps to reach the front porch. once inside, living accommodation is all on one level and there are no steps or staircases within. There are 3 shallow steps from the lounge terrace to the pool.
Parking is within the grounds of the property and is suitable for 3 cars, with automatic gates, as well as a high-speed EV charger for electric and hybrid cars.

Delightful Villa with pool nestled in an inspiring hillside setting with orchard views. Spacious rooms offer a bright and breezy welcome with a range of lovely features including bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and a separate games room. The generous outside space exudes relaxation, where you can dine alfresco or gently swim in the refreshing saltwater swimming pool with only birdsong to disturb you. A short drive to Tavira town with shops, restaurants and its fabulous beach island.
The villa interior, whilst fresh and simple, offers all the essential ingredients to ensure a relaxing holiday. From the main entrance, the lounge extends to a lovely open plan dining space and kitchen with granite top preparation island, and a plentiful supply of appliances and utensils. A hallway leads to a pretty master bedroom and the remaining 2 further bedrooms occupy the first floor, all with fitted wardrobes, private ensuite bathrooms and gorgeous hillside views providing the perfect morning awakening. Stairs from the ground floor lounge lead to the basement and here a the hidden room awaits you with a selection of games including table tennis and pool. The outside space at The Little Vineyard is a haven; the views are utterly amazing, embraced by an abundance of trees, wildflowers, and nature at its best. The ambience and fragrances in the air are simply magical and here, you can really unwind. Each morning you will hear nothing more than birdsong!
