Luxury Villa situated in the heart of historical Tavira Town. The richly furnished interior with stunning décor and superb kitchen is complimented by generous outside spaces including al fresco dining, sun deck with jacuzzi hot tub, and a heavenly soft seating zone. A retreat of opulence and relaxation! A short walk leads you to a dazzling array of restaurants, traditional artisan shops and the ferry boat to the golden sands of Tavira Beach Island…all waiting to be explored and enjoyed.
Once an old town house, the property has been lovingly restored with a luxury finish, of an impeccable standard. From the main street, the humble entrance and hallway lead to a treasure trove of spacious rooms and elegant furnishings.
GROUND FLOOR: The main living area design is open plan with sitting room, dining table and an amazing kitchen! 2 bedrooms: 1 large double with ensuite shower room and 1 twin, with an adjoining bathroom. At the rear of the villa, there is a separate reading room for the more peaceful moments!
FIRST FLOOR: Access to the 3rd and 4th bedrooms is via outside stairs, alhough these are still within the private property grounds. 2 twin bedrooms with a shared shower room, along with a Kitchenette Breakfast facility.
OUTSIDE SPACE: On the ground floor, the lounge leads to an outside patio area with dining table, BBQ and lovely flower beds - perfect for al fresco dining. Stairs then lead upwards to a fabulous private terrace, with a range of facilities and something for everyone! Comfy shaded seating area for those seeking relaxation, sunbeds for the sun worshippers and a hot tub - for all!
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are stairs between the ground level and first floor of the property. Parking is not allocated and is on street. Some charges may apply depending on where you park.

4. Legally Yours -
• SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists' and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us before your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.

The accommodation was spotless and really roomy. Although our group has been using Airbnb for its holidays for some years now, we have never found anywhere so well-equipped. It had everything we needed (and a lot of things we didn't). It was also very well located - near to local shops, supermarkets & restaurants, and to the railway station and the boat to Tavira Island, but was quiet and private. I would thoroughly recommend both this airbnb as somewhere to stay and Smartavillas in general for their support and responsiveness.
