ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY:

CHECK-IN TIMES:
Please note check-in times are between 16.00h and 19.00h and we will try to be flexible with arrival times outside of these hours. For early arrivals, it may be possible to offer a “bag drop” facility. For later arrivals, there may be the key safety box facility. If not, and we are required to meet you in person for a late-night check in, the following fees will apply:

HOLIDAY GUIDE:

ADDITIONAL CLEANING/SHEET CHANGE
As properties are rented on a self-catering arrangement, a daily maid and interim property cleaning service/linen change are not included in the price, but if required, can be provided for an additional charge. Further details available on request.
WE KINDLY REQUEST:
The house will be well presented for your arrival, and departure cleaning is included in the rental value. However, we do ask for a respectful co-operation with the removal of rubbish, and that BBQ facilities are cleaned of food and debris before you leave. Charges will be incurred if it is deemed that the property is left in an unacceptable condition.
DEPARTURE DAY:
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end! - and on departure day, check out time is requested at 10.00h. We will contact you towards the end of your stay to confirm this. We may be able to offer a later departure time only if there are no guests arriving on the same day. Unfortunately, however, this is unlikely in the summer months due to high volumes of guests.
The villa is located in Quinta de Pegada, a popular and highly sought-after residential zone. It popularity is borne from the peaceful ambience, the high standard of accommodation and proximity to Tavira Centre. Quinta de Pegada has no amenities in the immediate vicinity, but within 10 minutes walk, you have a gorgeous bakery and cafe, and a further 5 minutes, you are in the town centre.
TAVIRA
The delightful attractions of Tavira offer colourful, cobbled streets, the famed Roman bridge over the meandering Rio Gilão, and an intriguing historical quarter replete with handsome 17th century merchants’ mansions, fine churches and convents of architectural note all bidding for your attention. Castle ramparts have been faithfully restored housing beautiful gardens of indigenous and exotic varieties, while pretty squares edged with café terraces offer the perfect pre-text for lazy afternoons while watching the World pass by.
Cuisine: An abundance of excellent eateries abound to suit all tastes and pockets, from the traditional to the more avant-garde. Fish and seafood are king here, freshly caught and served grilled, while a plethora of contemporary tapas bars have brought an edge and finesse to the local offering. Plentiful local cafés and gelaterias offer pleasing resting points while out exploring, and keen chefs will enjoy the daily market for freshly caught fish, seafood, meats and produce, all sourced locally and sold over a cacophony of local colour and commotion within the vast market place.

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful.
The location was a bit out of tavira but we didn’t mind the walk given all the food we’d eaten!
There’s just about everything you need in it - we cooked a full British Xmas dinner!
We’d highly recommend it see more

Really great place, clean, spacious and the pool was a lovely bonus, bigger than it looks in the pics. Location fab too, so close the the water and lots of little coffee places to enjoy.

This villa is absolutely stunning! So spacious with an amazing outdoor space, gardens and swimming pool. Everything was really clean (and we are super fussy). Absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be coming back again :)
