The adjoining dining room is elegant and boasts a regal black polished table beautifully accessorized for more formal dining occasions. A guest WC/shower room is also conveniently located on the ground floor.
FIRST FLOOR - The 4 bedrooms occupy the entire first floor of the villa, with 1 master king size room boasting a dressing area and ensuite shower room. Accompanying this are 2 generously sized rooms, 1 with king size bed and 1 twin room with 2 single beds, plus a 4th bedroom, ideal for children with a single bed that has and additional pull-out option. Follow the stairs to the upper second floor and enjoy the amazing views – perfect for star gazing at night.
OUTSIDE –From the securely gated entrance, grassy gardens encircle the villa dotted with colourful plants and attractive Mediterranean shrubs. A side pathway leads to the gorgeous swimming pool with sunbeds and roaming views across the Tavira hillside, delighting sun worshippers with its North facing position catching the sun all day complemented by shady, poolside patios for those seeking respite from the heat.

Luxury Villa situated in the heart of historical Tavira Town. The richly furnished interior with stunning décor and superb kitchen is complimented by generous outside spaces including al fresco dining, sun deck with jacuzzi hot tub, and a heavenly soft seating zone. A retreat of opulence and relaxation! A short walk leads you to a dazzling array of restaurants, traditional artisan shops and the ferry boat to the golden sands of Tavira Beach Island…all waiting to be explored and enjoyed.
Once an old town house, the property has been lovingly restored with a luxury finish, of an impeccable standard. From the main street, the humble entrance and hallway lead to a treasure trove of spacious rooms and elegant furnishings.
GROUND FLOOR: The main living area design is open plan with sitting room, dining table and an amazing kitchen! 2 bedrooms: 1 large double with ensuite shower room and 1 twin, with an adjoining bathroom. At the rear of the villa, there is a separate reading room for the more peaceful moments!
FIRST FLOOR: Access to the 3rd and 4th bedrooms is via outside stairs, alhough these are still within the private property grounds. 2 twin bedrooms with a shared shower room, along with a Kitchenette Breakfast facility.

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful.
The location was a bit out of tavira but we didn’t mind the walk given all the food we’d eaten!
There’s just about everything you need in it - we cooked a full British Xmas dinner!
