A gorgeous family villa nestled in the traditional fishing village of Santa Luzia with its superb amenities just a few minutes’ walk away. This divine holiday home combines quality accommodation in a superbly central location, with fabulous restaurants and the boat to the beach island all within easy reach.
GROUND FLOOR Enter the modest front gate and open the main door where you now reach your own piece of heaven. A welcoming entrance invites you into the main living space, where the open plan design flows effortlessly through from front to back - and with its gorgeous rich furnishings, you will not fail to take a moment to enjoy the interior, traditional in style with a modern twist. A lounge space with comfy sofas extends on to a gorgeous dining table with 8 chairs, ideal for light lunches or delicious suppers. The flow continues to the kitchen, which extends out to the outside spaces and here, any budding chef will be in awe of the choices of gadgets and appliances. Finally on the ground floor, for added convenience, the villa design thoughtfully incorporates a ground floor bedroom and a sperate shower room suite for those who prefer to avoid stairs.
FIRST FLOOR An ornate staircase leads upwards towards 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, each with ther own private sun terraces and sujnbeds. Both share a superb bathroom with shower cubicle and a cute corner bathtub.
SECOND FLOOR The continuing stairs upwards lead to the best room of the house – a generous master bedroom suite awaits you with its own shower room. Spacious and decadent, this is a great place to relax.
OUTSIDE SPACE The rear garden space is a treasure trove of surprises! A perfect setting for families to enjoy fun and sun. Activities include the lovely swimming pool, flanked by pretty calçada paving stones, shrubs and mature trees providing a super relaxed zone! And after a busy morning of activities, it must be time for a BBQ - the ideal place to enjoy lunch under the next to the famous Lemon Tree after which the house is named. Here you can enjoy dining at any time of the day, sheltered from the sun by the colourful awning. Later if you are seeking your own space, there are plenty of placed for respite. 2 sun terraces, the shady kitchen terrace, a lower terrace, but of course, you could just laze around all day by the pool?
PARLING AND ACCESS - This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There is 1 bedroom with a bathroom on ground floor, so guests with walking difficulties can be easily accommodated. Steps and Staircases: - there are 9 steps from the gate the front door - there are 6 steps from the kitchen terrace to the pool area and there is an internal staircase in between all floors. Car parking is close by on the street, without a charge.

• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Santa Lucia. La maison est très confortable, bien équipée et très adéquate pour un groupe. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine.

Very nice and helpful host and the accommodation met expectations. A good house and accommodation. Santa Luzia is a fishing village with quite a few tourists, especially when we were there in April. Calm and nice. Good restaurants and quite cheap yetsee more

Really lovely house, in a great location. Very well presented and managed. Minutes walk from a number of really nice restaurants and bars. Central location, quiet and relaxing. Great pool with plenty of room and a great bbq.
Highly recommended.

1 - limpeza, 2- proximo praia, proximo comercio e restauração 3 - piscina com a mesma profundidade e baixa profundidade 4 - zona exterior - principalmente a zona de refeições 5 - dimensões dos quartos bastante grande, 6 - variedade de equipamentos e eletrodomésticos e louça de cozinha em quantidade adequada ponto negativos: 1 - uma esfregona disponivel facilitaria a limpeza do chão (numa estadia longa é importante) 2 - a mudança de roupa de cama e toalhas com alguma frequencia, por exemplo semanal seria uma mais valia (numa estadia longa é importante) 3 - frigorifico/ congelador um pouco maior tendo em conta a quantidade de pessoas que a casa aloca - éramos 9 - um combinado seria o ideal 4 - televisão sem canais pagos - apenas TDT é insuficiente 5 - colchões das camas um pouco desconfortáveis, principalmente da suite No geral, a casa é maravilhosa e passamos uma excelente estadia, recomendamos a casa aos nossos amigos e ansiamos por voltar no próximo ano! |
