The extensive lawn and securely gated grounds are perfect for children to play safely. Here, your privacy is ensured making this the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and tranquility.
Open the electric gates and enter your own private kingdom, the spacious driveway offers parking for 2 cars adjacent to the magnificent lawn hugging the house and pool. The main entrance welcomes you directly into the charming country-style kitchen, fully equipped with major appliances and a food preparation area. This overlooks the open living space adorned with traditional beamed ceilings, and furnished with an elegant wooden dining table, extending to the lounge with comfy sofas and a TV. The second part of this one-level villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 king size and 1 with bunk beds accompanied by 2 separate shower rooms. The outside living space is an absolute treat. A terrace extends the entire length of the villa and is embellished with a soft seating area and dining table with a retractable awning - or you can choose to dine “al fresco” at the poolside dining area with traditional charcoal BBQ. The gorgeous blue pool invites you to take a dip, and afterwards a spot of relaxation for the sun worshippers on the surrounding sunbeds. The views are truly amazing; the villa is perched on an enviable hilltop position, embraced by an abundance of trees, wildflowers, and nature at its best. The ambience and fragrances in the air are simply magical and here, you can really unwind. Each morning you will hear nothing more than birdsong! This is the perfect rural retreat for guests seeking peace and tranquility.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The villa is a one-level property with 2 small steps between the kitchen and dining room. There is ample space for cars to park on the cobbled stone driveway.

• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.

Lovely villa with gorgeous views and beautiful garden with lots of seating outdoors. The outdoor space was so great we hardly spent any time indoors. The pool was sparkling and refreshing and it’s only a short drive from Tavira. We definitely stay agsee more

We were 6 adults and have had a great stay! The villa was very spacious, especially the exterior parts. The terrace and pool were very enjoyable, and the surroundings were very nice as well. The nearest towns are not too far. I highly recommend the vsee more

Stunning location if you want to be away from it all but in reach of Tavira. We'd definitely stay there again. Only suggestion is that for the price it should have AC as it gets hot at night but that wouldn't stop us going back.
