Open the electric gates and enter your own private kingdom where the spacious driveway offers sufficient parking for 2 cars directly outside the house. The main entrance of this one level property welcomes you directly into the main living space with comfy seating, a wall mounted TV and an elegant wooden dining table with matching cabinets, extending into a fully equipped kitchen with major appliances and a food preparation area. Bedrooms lie to each side (left and right) of the main living area, 1 king size and 1 twin, both fashioned in light oak wood and with private ensuite bathrooms. The outside living space is an absolute treat. A terrace extends the entire length of the cottage and is embellished with dining table and chairs and traditional BBQ overlooking the pool, perfect for al fresco dining, with views across the hilltops and out towards the ocean, crystal clear and blue on a sunny day. The sun beams down on the sparkling pool all day, inviting you to take a dip, followed by a spot of relaxation for the sun worshippers on the surrounding sunbeds. The views are truly amazing; the villa is perched on an enviable hilltop position, embraced by an abundance of trees, wildflowers, and nature at its best. The ambience and fragrances in the air are simply magical and here, you can really unwind. Each morning you will hear nothing more than birdsong! This is the perfect rural retreat for guests seeking peace and tranquility. A traditional fabulous log burner makes this a perfect winter let.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The villa is a one-level property with 2 small steps between the house and the pool. There is ample space for cars to park on the stone driveway.
NOTES:
The cottage is part of a large quinta, with the cottage being adjacent to a large house. However, the cottage grounds are completely private, with its own pool, and give guests their own space. Gate access and parking area are shared.

No doubt a good place to relax in the warmer months. The panorama from all rooms is magnificent. Very quiet and peaceful. Charlie from Smartavillas was always very reactive to any problem. ie: the toaster and coffee machine weren’t working. They were replaced the same day. For info there are plenty of books in the house, 99% being in English.

This was a very nice Villa. So peaceful and relaxing. Had a few problems with insects got bite quite a bit. A good antihistamine cream helped.But the view and the peacefulness was good .

Simple delightful property with outstanding uninterupted views over Rustic Countryside & Coast. Perfect to relax & unwind, it's guaranteed to de-stress & whilst a car is recommended in order to fully appreciate your surroundings, the is a bus stop so close to the property making it very easy to reach Tavira & other nearby towns. The property itself is secluded with its own pool with BBQ & confortable sun loungers so you can soak up a few rays. The owner lives next door & will not interfere unless you specifically need his help leaving you to relax in peace. The 2 bedrooms & ensuite facilities are so placed to give each room a great deal of privacy & the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area offer great convenience. We found the unlimited amount of UK television to be very good if you like to spend your evenings sat by the log burner on a winters evening. In all, we enjoyed our stay here (which was in the Winter period) so much that we've re-booked for 22/23 - we're already counting the days so make your booking, you will not be disappointed. Should there be an occassion when you need help for anything Smartavillas are very approachable & friendly - they are available practically 24/7 to give any assistance you may need.
