THE VILLA
Step away from the buzz of Cabanas and follow a private track to reach the secure gated entrance of this special villa. Once inside, you're welcomed into a light-filled lounge that beautifully blends rustic character with modern comfort—complete with a comfy sofa, elegant dining table, TV, and Wi-Fi. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features stylish cabinetry, all major appliances, and a full stock of cookware and utensils, making home dining a pleasure. Thoughtfully designed for all guests, the ground floor includes a shower room and double bedroom adapted for wheelchair access, offering both comfort and convenience.
FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a charming single room—ideal for a guest who values their own space. A study area on this floor also features a sofa bed, offering extra sleeping arrangements if needed. Two modern shower rooms serve this level, providing comfort and convenience for all guests. And at the front of the villa, a wide balcony stretches across the façade, overlooking the garden and offering peaceful sea views—the perfect place to start your day or unwind at sunset.
OUTSIDE SPACES
Set within 4 hectares of natural land, this villa offers a true countryside escape whilst being adjacent to the Ria Formosa and the Atlantic Ocean offering a unique mix of land and sea! At the front of the villa an al fresco dining table awaits, perfect for lazy lunches or starry suppers and a bedroom balcony that offers views of the ocean. You can take time out to explore the specially designed nature trail winding through the property, a perfect family adventure path that invites you to immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the Algarve countryside. Follow the trail down through wildflowers and mature trees, leading all the way to the water’s edge, where you can soak up breathtaking views across the Ria Formosa. When the tide is out, you can consider that you have your own private beach! The villa’s grounds are a serene haven for relaxation, with plenty of space to lounge, play, or simply breathe in the fresh sea air.
LOCATION
You can walk to the local fishing villa of Cabanas de Tavira where you will find a wide choice of restaurants and cafes as well as the boat to the main beach island.

ACCESS & PARKING This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. Open air parking is available within the grounds of the property and has space for more than 4 cars at the rear of the property is a specially designated parking zone.

• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are explained in our booking terms and conditions.
