This charming three-storey family townhouse offers a bedroom and bathroom on each level, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. The house is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season.
Step through the entrance hall into a bright, welcoming interior. The spacious open-plan lounge features plush sofas, a large smart TV, and a dining table for six, with expansive patio windows filling the space with natural light and offering views of the pool and gardens. An adjoining kitchen is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped, with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease, whether a quick breakfast or a family feast.

Sue personally checked us in and gave us a tour of the town with several recommendations on locations to visit. The townhome was perfect: plenty of space to stretch out and centrally located to the town square. The roman bridge and a grocery store were less than a five minute walk. This townhome is truly a place that we will come back for an extended stay in the future.

Well suited for spending time on the sandy beach. The sea is great. By car you can quickly reach Faro, Albufeira and Lagos. Great cities with culture and history. We'd love to come back.

I have used Smartavillas many times before and yet again everything was exceptional from beginning to end.
The apartment itself was fabulous It was spotless and so well equipped The customer service from Rachel and Charlie and all the team as always was excellent. Thanks so much there was absolutely no stress as everything was catered for seamlessly We will definitely be back |

The location of the property was perfect. Accomodation was more than we could have asked for, absolutely stunning. More than enough room spread across 3 floors for the 5 of us. Added bonus was the lovely swimming pool.

AMAZING place...pictures do NOT do it justice in terms of Space and design. THe upstairs bathroom was HUUUUGE! Amazing huge sliding doors that open on every room. LOVED it!

Great place with a comfortable decor and lots of space. Excellent location with walking distance to almost any worth visiting places and nice restaurants of Tavira city. Very good support and communication with the property manager (Rachel)

We had an amazing time in the paradise terrace! The balcony was fabulous, the bedrooms were lovely and the it had everything you could need for a stay in Cabanas- location also spot on, the only complaint I have is that our stay was too short!! Thanksee more
