Casa Vera is a fantastic townhouse nestled in the centre of Tavira and has been lovingly restored with a luxury finish, of an impeccable standard. From the main street, the humble entrance and hallway lead to a treasure trove of spacious rooms. The main living area design is open plan with sitting room, dining table and an amazing kitchen! There are 2 bedrooms: 1 large double with ensuite shower room and 1 twin, with an adjoining bathroom. At the rear of the villa, there is a separate reading room for the more peaceful moments...The lounge leads to an outside patio area with dining table, BBQ and lovely flower beds - perfect for al fresco dining. Stairs then lead upwards to a fabulous private terrace, with a range of facilities and something for everyone! Comfy shaded seating area for those seeking relaxation, sunbeds for the sun worshippers and a hot tub - for all! A truly wonderful property and situated in a perfect central location to enjoy the wonderful ambience of Tavira Town and all that it has to offer - restuarants, cafes, bars - and of course the beautiful beach island.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The townhouse has accommodation and bedrooms on one level, but there are 4 steps leading from the living room to the bedrooms. For the outside space, the lounge has a direct lead to patio and outside dining. But the sun deck and hot tub are on the upper level, only reached by stairs. Parking is not allocated and is on street. Some charges may apply depending on where you park.

ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY:
It is our intention to meet you in person at the property on your arrival to deliver the keys and welcome you. Some of our properties have key safety boxes and you will be informed of the code in advance, in which case you may be asked to check in alone and we will make a later courtesy visit at a mutually convenient time.
CHECK-IN TIMES:
Please note check-in times are between 16.00h and 19.00h and we will try to be flexible with arrival times outside of these hours. For early arrivals, it may be possible to offer a “bag drop” facility. For later arrivals, there may be the key safety box facility. If not, and we are required to meet you in person for a late-night check in, the following fees will apply:
