PEROGIL SUITES is a small selection of self-contained, private bedroom suites housed within a large, modern villa close to Tavira Town. The “Girassol” Suite is a ground floor position and enjoys a private garden patio with unlimited pool access. A comfortable stay is assured with modern interior, ensuite bathroom and a small range of kitchen appliances perfect for breakfasts and BBQs. Within a 20-mins walk, you will find restaurants, artisan shops and the boat to the stunning Tavira Beach Island
INTERIOR:
The "Girassol" Suite , whilst compact in design, offers a room and amenities perfect for couples who are seeking peaceful respite in simple, yet pleasant surroundings. The room is cosy, with a king size bed, a generously sized shower room, as well as a range of kitchen items perfect for small snacks and continental breakfasts. Kitchenette features and appliances include: -

The room is also adorned with 2 comfortable armchairs to relax in, or for watching the wall mounted TV, with its selection of international channels. Internet access is also included.
OUTSIDE AMENITIES
The Suite has a South facing aspect and the gardens have sunshine for most of the day with an overall setting that is peaceful and tranquil. The sparkling, blue pool has dimensions of 8m x 4.5m and a deep end of 1.85m, flanked with white-washed pebbles and poolside decking where you can relax and sunbathe all day. Various parts of the garden offer shade for those who prefer to seeks respite from the heat! For your added enjoyment, each Suite has its own Gas BBQ, ideal for cooking lazy lunches or simple al fresco suppers.
EXTRA NOTES:
Whilst the pool is communal and shared, the maximum capacity of the Perogil Suites is 6 guests at any one time. Guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no steps to enter the Girassol Suite and parking is available directly outside the villa gates, without a charge.
ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY:
It is our intention to meet you in person at the property on your arrival, but during the pandemic situation, local regulations must be adhered to and this may not be possible. Some of our properties have key safety boxes and you will be informed of the code in advance. For properties without this facility, we will arrange for a key collection from our local office or meet you at the property. Either way we will always be available for assistance if required. Until further notice, please ensure that you wear masks and observe distancing rules when meeting any of our representatives.
CHECK-IN TIMES:
Please note check-in times are between 16.00h and 19.00h and we will try to be flexible with arrival times outside of these hours. For early arrivals, it may be possible to offer a “bag drop” facility. For later arrivals, there may be the key safety box facility. If not, and we are required to meet you in person for a late-night check in, the following fees will apply:

When booking private accommodation, we like to give you privacy during your stay. However, Smartavillas fully trained personnel are available 24 hours per day should you need assistance of any kind. We are only a phone call away. As this property has a private pool, please remember that access will be required for maintenance/ upkeep.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING/SHEET CHANGE
As properties are rented on a self-catering arrangement, a daily maid and interim property cleaning service/linen change are not included in the price, but if required, can be provided for an additional charge. Further details available on request.
WE KINDLY REQUEST:
The house will be well presented for your arrival, and departure cleaning is included in the rental value. However, we do ask for a respectful co-operation with the removal of rubbish, and that BBQ facilities are cleaned of food and debris before you leave. Charges will be incurred if it is deemed that the property is left in an unacceptable condition.
DEPARTURE DAY:
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end! - and on departure day, check out time is requested at 10.00h. We will contact you towards the end of your stay to confirm this. We may be able to offer a later departure time only if there are no guests arriving on the same day. Unfortunately, however, this is unlikely in the summer months due to high volumes of reservations.
The Suites are located in "Quinta do Perogil"- a popular and highly sought after residential zone. It popularity is borne from the peaceful ambience, the high standard of accommodation and proximity to Tavira Centre. Quinta de Perogil has no amenities in the immediate vicinity, but within 20 minutes walk, you are in the heart of Tavira

Loved the location, the pool, the decor. It's just on the outskirts of town, so it's very quiet but a nice walk (about 30-35 mins) into town down a very picturesque lane (once you're across the N125). We got a taxi backsee more

We didn't need it but maybe a cooking plate in case a guest want to BBQ and cook some sides like rice to have a full meal at home and also to make eggs for the breakfast... Just a hint.
We didn't need it but maybe a cooking plate in case a guest want to BBQ and cook some sides like rice to have a full meal at home and also to make eggs for the breakfast... Just a hint.

We had a fab week staying at the Perogil suites.
Everything was as shown in the photos.
The pool and the grill were great for really hot days when staying close to the AC is the best option...
Shower was lovely! Chairs were comfy! Bed was greatsee more
