Ideally placed as a base from which to enjoy Tavira, a short walk leads you to a dazzling array of restaurants, artisan shops and the ferry boat to the golden sands and vibrant waters of Tavira Beach Island…all waiting to be explored and enjoyed.
COSY AND CUTE INTERIOR
The studio apartment is ideally located in a popular and well amenitized holiday resort and whilst compact in design, is perfect for couples, offering all the necessary holiday home comforts. The interior accommodation is cosy and effortlessly functional, with a small kitchenette equipped with a selection of utensils, crockery and major appliances including a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, table top oven, 2 ring electric hob and coffee machine. The lounge space has a comfy sofa, facing a wall mounted Smart TV as well as a stylish glass dining table, ideal for evening suppers. Adjacent, the couples bedroom is fresh and bright, with large wooden windows offering a cool breeze, leading to a south facing balcony with table and chairs, ideal for sunrise breakfasts or sundowner cocktails! Tucked neatly at the rear of the studio is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
OUTSIDE AMENITIES
Quinta do Morgado is a super place to stay with a large choice of amenities on-site to choose from. The resort offers a selection of pools, small and large, all open and available for Residents with a security pass. For the more energetic, tennis courts are available. Convenience at the doorstep, with a supermarket, 2 restaurants and a cafe bar 100m from the apartment offering a range of meals, snacks and refreshments. Quinta Morgado has neat and tidy surrounding gardens where you can walk and relax, with small picnic areas dotted around!
This is a private rental accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is second floor with elevator access. Parking is within the grounds of the holiday resort, without a charge.

1. A Warm Welcome - We can assist with airport transfers, a shopping service and food to order. Plus a personal check-in from one of our Guest Service Managers (subject to arrival times). Some of our properties have key boxes, which could be used if a personal check-in is not required but generally we prefer to make a meet and greet service.
2. Important Information - We will send a welcome email before you arrive, and in your accommodation, you will find a huge holiday guide packed with local recommendations
3. A 24-Hour Helpline - The Smartavillas Team is always on duty if you need assistance.
4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.
