The colourful and comfortable interior is complimented with a patio and outside sofas ideal for relaxing in the afternoon sun. A short walk then leads you to a dazzling array of restaurants, traditional artisan shops and the ferry boat to the golden sands and vibrant waters of Tavira Beach Island…all waiting to be explored and enjoyed.
The bright interior decor offers its visitors a comfortable stay. With a single level layout, the accommodation flows easily from front to back. From the entrance you are welcomed into the open plan lounge diner with furniture of brown tones, combined with thoughtfully selected, vibrant accessories dotted around to add a splash of color. Neatly tucked away at the back of the apartment are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both sharing a generously sized bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The spacious kitchen is well equipped and is pleasantly attired with integrated appliances including a dish washer and washing machine. The south facing position of the apartment provides sunny afternoons to be enjoyed on the one of the comfy sofas just outside the lounge, ideal for a snooze after a long day at the beac! Located in the secure condominium of Horta Poço do Bispo, children can wander across to the small play park or the pool to enjoy fun and games.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is first floor with elevator access. Access to private garage space. Wheelchair slopes are installed at the side of stairs.

The 2 bedrooms comprise a master double room with a private bathroom and a twin bedroom with an adjoining shared shower room. An internal staircase leads to the hidden secret of this apartment - the spacious sunny terrace with its stunning views and 2 divisions, 1 front facing and 1 rear facing, ideal for dining, sunbathing and relaxing.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The condominium has a beautiful large swimming pool, securely gated for resident use only. Surrounded by deking and lovely grassy spaces, the outdoor space offers a haven for children to play and swim.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on 2 levels and has an internal staircase. Private parking is available on the nearby street, without a charge. The walk into town is around 15 minutes, please note however that access is by stairs from the complex to the riverside which may not be ideal for elderly or walking difficulties.

From the entrance you are welcomed into lounge diner with comfy seating and matching light oak furnishings including a rectangular dining table and chairs. An attractive glass-shelved partition separates the lounge from the kitchen where you will find a large range of utensils and appliances ensuring that home catering is free and easy. Tucked neatly at the back of the kitchen, a door leads to a private internal atrium which has table and chairs, perfect for cool breakfasts or warm evening dining. The 2 bedrooms include a master double room with a private shower room and an adjoining twin bedroom with a shared bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower.
OUTDORR SPACE
Nestled at the front of the apartment is a cool and shady patio, with bistro table and chairs ideal for enjoying a sundowner or two overlooking the lovely, green gardens. The large swimming pool complete with kids paddling pool makes a perfect respite from the sun, where kids can splash around all day, and adults can relax on one of the many sunbeds, all just a few meters from the apartment itself.

We have just returned from a stay in Tavira at the Apartment Perola. The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable , spacious and fully fitted out with everything you might need for an extended stay in Tavira. It is perfectly positioned on the first floor of a secure development (with a lift if needed), and only a few minutes flat walk to the centre of the town, bars. Restaurants and shops, and very close to the fantastic market hall and the terminal to catch ferries to the beautiful beach. It is an ideal base to explore the beautiful town of Tavira and this stunning part of the Algarve.
A word about Rachel and the team from Smartvillas - they are communicative, friendly, helpful and extremely professional. In the 3 weeks we were there, we had a couple of queries come up (both out of normal office hours) and both were resolved within minutes of a phone call to the team. That is fantastic customer service! We will more than happily use Smartvillas again, and will be repeat visitors to the lovely Apartment Perola. We can’t recommend it highly enough. The Smart Villas Teams provided fantastic service following the owner of our original booking canceling our accommodation, the team worked hard to find us a comparable alternative and arranged for a complimentary mid-stay clean and a welcome pack on our arrival, great service, and particular thanks to Rachel. We will definitely stay at this apartment again and book through Smart Villas.
