Gorgeous Penthouse apartment situated in the popular holiday resort of O Pomar with on-site facilities. The internal décor is vibrant and colourful offering thoughtfully furnished, spacious rooms, complemented by a spectacular wrap-round terrace with soft outdoor seating and dining area with sea views. A leisurely stroll leads to the quaint fishing village of Cabanes revealing a selection of restaurants and the gorgeous beach island, reached by short boat crossing departing from the boardwalk.
Situated on the uppermost floor of a modern building, this penthouse apartment has its own private entrance and radiates charm and quality from the moment you enter. The hallway opens out into the spacious lounge adorned with bright colours and comfy sofas complemented by a traditional oak-wood dining set, ideal for more formal dining occasions. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and well equipped incorporating a pleasing range of attractively integrated appliances, ideal for home catering. The central hallways leads to 3 brightly decorated bedrooms and include 1 Master King sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom/Bathtub, a second double bedroom, also with ensuite shower room and a 3rd bedroom designed to delight children with its bunk bed/single bed layout. On the outside, large kitchen patio doors lead to the beautiful rattan circular table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining at any time of the day, with a choice of traditional brick BBQ or gas BBQ for the budding chefs! A long sofa and sunbeds are thoughtfully provided for the sunworshippers, able to enjoy the sun all day with the East and West patio aspects. The resort swimming pool and its facilities are surrounded by well tended gardens, with an attractive piazza as the central focal point.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is third with elevator access. Enclosed garage parkign is provided, without a charge.

• TOURIST TAXES
Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
