Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll discover the bedroom, graced with a spacious king-size bed, air conditioning, and a spacious fitted wardrobe. The bathroom invites relaxation with its bathtub and overhead shower.
The focal part of the apartment offers a luminous open-plan living space, featuring a dining table for four, making it a delightful spot to enjoy home-cooked meals, or sink into the plush, comfortable sofa for a cozy movie night. For added convenience, there's a sofa bed placed neatly at the back, ready to accommodate extra guests.

This is private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is situated on the second floor and is accessed only by stairs. There is no elevator. A private parking space is provided without a charge.

2. Important Information - We will send a welcome email before you arrive, and in your accommodation, you will find a huge holiday guide packed with local recommendations
3. A 24-Hour Helpline - The Smartavillas Team is always on duty if you need assistance.
4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.
