From the entrance hall, the accommodation has a bright and modern décor, with quality furnishings and consists of 2 bedrooms, ideal for a family. The master king size bedroom has an ensuite shower room, with a twin bedroom accompanied by a second separate bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The open plan design leads to a spacious lounge /dining area and an adjoining fully equipped, galley-style kitchen with a small utility area.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Take the spiral staircase to reach the spacious private roof terrace. Equipped with dining table and chairs and a selection of sunbeds, this is the ideal spot for sunworshippers and dining under the stars! Soak up the views across the rooftops and the gorgeous blue swimming pool which is for guests private use.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is second floor, with elevator access. It is necesary to leave the apartment and enter the pool area via the nearby gated access (100m). Parking is on street, directly outside, without a charge.

Sunny penthouse apartment, situated in the lovely fishing village of Cabanas. The internal decor is bright and welcoming coupled with generous outside space to enjoy shaded alfresco dining with a traditional BBQ, relax in one of the comfy terrace sofas, or pop down to the pool and take a refreshing dip. The upper sun deck is the perfect paradise for sun worshippers with its views out towards the ocean. 5 minutes walk to restaurants, traditional shops and the boat to the lovely beach island.
The apartment is a duplex accommodation, with the 2 levels combining excellent inside and outside living facilities. The interior accommodation is on the lower level and is pleasantly furnished throughout. The 2 bedrooms can be converted to either a twin or a couples bed, according to your preferences, and share a bathroom with large walk in shower. The adjoining open plan lounge/diner is bright and airy, with 2 comfy sofas, accompanied by a dining suite. Large patio doors lead to a canopy-covered al-fresco dining zone, with a traditional brick BBQ, perfect for lazy lunches and casual summer suppers. Also with space to relax, the roomy terrace has a comfy sofa set, where you can relax and read, or just snooze the afternoon away! A small staircase leads to the upper sun deck revealing rooftop views out towards the ocean. Here you can enjoy soaking up the sun on the sunbeds provided. Our 10th year to the area 2nd time at apartment Jane. Great place to stay very clean and comfortable with everything you need and more. Great rooftop terrace and pool area. Near to all amenities too. Would highly recommend.

Limpeza do apartamento razoavel dado que as varandas e terraco fazem parte do mesmo e nao estavam limpos. Aparecetsm algumas baratas em casa mas e normal nestas zonas. Comandos de ar condicionado funcionava um tivemos de ser nos a arranjamos. Agora asee more

Agora a parte realmente no meu entender ma foi o que se passou no check out foi combinado comigp por telefone uma saida as horas que me desse mais jeito pois nao iriam fazer a limpeza naquele dia, por isso poderia ficar o resto do dia, e depois levo com mensagens constrangedoras por volta das 15:00 porque ainda nao tinha saido. Nao houve dialogo na empresa e eu fui colocada numa situacao constrangedora quer por mensagem quer no ultimo contacto telefonico. Nao se fala assim com um cliente que pagou 8 noites no alojamento.
Foram todas muito simpaticas e disponiveis nas questoes colocadas excepto esta ultima senhora que me mandou msg e falou comigo, parecia eu que estava a cometer um crime. E nunca um pedido de desculpa por esta senhora. No entanto agradeco as restantes funcionarias a simpatia demonstrada. |
