QUINTA DA CIMA
Overview
This is the sister course of Quinta da Ria, and although next door, offers a very different challenge. Cima only provides distant glimpses of the sea and is hillier, longer and tougher, with lots of bunkers and very tricky greens. A stream with a number of small waterfalls crosses the 4th, 5th, 6th and 13th fairways and turns into a lake on the signature 18th. Most of the par 4's are pretty long being between 360 and 415m. As a protected area, the ambience is peaceful and inspiring and the natural beauty of the terrain has been skillfully incorporated ino the course.
Smartavilla's Opinion.....
Definitely more challenging than Ria and a buggy may be useful!
Great Challenge for seasoned players, possibly a little tough for those new to the game. Highly Recommended.
